'We want posters, flyers, table cards and a letter to send our regular diners telling them how fantastic our New Year's Eve event will be. The designs need to be consistent with our existing brand image and reflect the energy and atmosphere that we create on nights like these. We want this event to sell out!' A dynamic design was created as the basis for each of the promotional items. Special attention was paid to the copy for the mail-out letter to ensure the tone was suitable for PizzaExpress customers and that it would also create a buzz around New Year's Eve. Each item was completed and printed ahead of the deadline giving the restaurant ample time to distribute and take as many bookings as possible. The client was very happy with the designs and the event completely sold out.
